Palomino Estate – Armstrong Creek — Lot 101

Armstrong Creek is a rapidly growing suburb in the Geelong, located about 10–11 km south of the city and around 85–90 km southwest of Melbourne. Established in 2012 as part of a major urban development project, it has quickly transformed from rural land into a modern residential community and is considered one of Victoria’s fastest-growing areas. 

The suburb is popular with young families and first-home buyers due to its contemporary housing estates, family-friendly environment, and proximity to coastal destinations like Torquay and Barwon Heads. Armstrong Creek is part of a large planned growth corridor designed to eventually accommodate tens of thousands of residents, with ongoing development of schools, parks, shopping centres, and community facilities, including the recently opened Biyal-a Armstrong Creek Library. While it offers strong growth potential and a modern lifestyle, some amenities are still being developed, giving parts of the suburb a newly established feel.
